This is one of the best Pecan Pie recipies I've tried. My Memaw is a wonderful cook.--Stephanie Smith Horton
- ½c. sugar
- 1/2c. corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- squirt of margarine
- pinch salt
- 1 ½ c. pecans
- Mix ingredients together in a small saucepan. Place the pot over low heat stirring continuously until sugar is melted into liquid.
- Pour mixture into 9 in. pie pans and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Oh yummy! I love sweets. My body doesn't. It is such a fight between the two of us. LOL
